POSH Policy

Reinste Nano Ventures is committed to providing a safe, secure, and respectful working environment for all employees, free from any form of sexual harassment.

1. Statement of Intent

In accordance with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, Reinste Nano Ventures strictly enforces a zero-tolerance policy against sexual harassment. We believe that all employees have the right to be treated with dignity and work in an atmosphere free from harassment and exploitation.

2. Scope of the Policy

This policy extends to all employees of the Company and is deemed to be incorporated in the service conditions of all employees and comes into effect immediately. It applies to all incidents of sexual harassment occurring at the workplace or arising during the course of employment.

3. Internal Complaints Committee (ICC)

The Company has instituted an Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) for redressal of sexual harassment complaints and for ensuring time-bound treatment of such complaints. The committee is constituted as per the provisions of the Act.

  • Presiding Officer: A senior level female employee.
  • Members: Minimum two employees committed to the cause of women or having legal knowledge.
  • External Member: Representative from an NGO or associations committed to the cause of women.

4. Redressal Mechanism

Any aggrieved employee may make, in writing, a complaint of sexual harassment to the Internal Committee within a period of three months from the date of the incident. The committee will conduct a prompt and fair investigation while maintaining absolute confidentiality.
