Terms And Conditions
All sales are subject to Reinste Nanoventures terms covering limited warranties, limitation of liability, and purchaser indemnity. Orders are accepted and shipped only under these terms; purchaser purchase-order terms do not apply unless accepted in writing by Reinste Nanoventures.
Changes In Prices And Payment Terms
- All orders are shipped FOB seller shipping point and may include handling charges. Freight collect can be arranged on request.
- All prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without notice. If selling prices change significantly, approval is requested before dispatch of mailed, faxed, or electronically transferred orders.
- Payment terms are Net 15 days from invoice generation. If payment is not received within 15 days, Reinste Nanoventures reserves the right to cancel or terminate the order.
Order Changes And Cancellations
- Any change by purchaser of contract terms, seller rights, or remedies is not binding unless approved in writing by an authorized person of Reinste Nanoventures.
- Orders cannot be changed or cancelled by purchaser without written approval from Reinste Nanoventures.
- No representations, agreements, promises, or understandings apply unless expressly stated in these terms.
Claims For Lost Or Damaged Shipments
- Inspect all packages immediately upon receipt and report damage, shortage, or defects to customer service as soon as possible.
- Claims for shipment discrepancies must be made within 15 days of receiving materials.
- Delivery to the carrier constitutes delivery to the buyer. Regardless of shipping terms, transit loss or damage risk is borne by the buyer unless stated otherwise.
Return Shipments
- Some materials are non-returnable, including custom/special order materials, leaking or damaged chemicals, items with missing or obliterated labels, items with missing parts/instructions, refrigerated/frozen materials, and opened materials.
- Returns are accepted only with prior approval and a return authorization number (RAN). Requests for RAN must be made within 15 days of receiving materials.
- Only seller-authorized items are accepted. Final disposition occurs after receipt and inspection. Collect shipments are not accepted unless pre-authorized.
- Returned material requiring disposal may incur additional charges. A 20% restocking fee applies.
Uses And Patents
- Materials are offered for laboratory and manufacturing use only.
- Products are not intended for use as drugs, food additives, cosmetics, household chemicals, or other inappropriate applications.
- Catalogue listing does not grant license for patented use. Reinste Nanoventures may limit or refuse sales to unqualified customers.
Limited Warranties
- Catalogue information is compiled from generally reliable sources and is believed correct to the best of our knowledge, but is not guaranteed.
- No other representation or warranty is provided, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, whether products are used alone or with other substances.
Limited Liability And Purchaser Indemnity
- Claims for rejected or non-conforming product must be made in writing within 30 days of receipt and must be acknowledged in writing; otherwise such claims are deemed waived.
- On approved return, seller may either replace with conforming product or refund purchase price at seller discretion.
- Purchaser exclusive remedy is limited to money damages not exceeding the purchase price of the relevant product.
- Seller is not liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages under contract, negligence, strict liability, or other legal theory.
- Purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold seller harmless from claims, expenses, losses, and liabilities arising from purchaser handling and/or use of product, alone or with other substances.
Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS/SDS)
- Each shipment of chemicals and/or pure elements is accompanied by a Material Safety Data Sheet in compliance with OSHA Hazard Communication Standard.
- If not immediately available, a copy is sent by mail as soon as possible.
- Customers are strongly advised to use MSDS/SDS information for safe handling and health protection. Information is furnished without warranty.
Hazards And User Responsibility
- Products must be handled only by qualified and trained individuals.
- By purchasing, customer acknowledges awareness of health and safety hazards in handling purchased products.
- Customer is responsible for industrial hygiene controls, warning relevant personnel, and complying with government regulations regarding product use and exposure.
